The Circle
The core. The same twelve people, the same room, every month. Closed, facilitated, and off the record. This is the one we protect.
SafeSpace puts you in a circle of twelve people who are in the same place you are — same stage, same weather, same questions — and then gets out of the way.

You already have places to network. What you probably don't have is a standing appointment with people who will not flinch when you say the honest version out loud.
The founder who hasn't made payroll. The homemaker who is quietly furious about a decision she made at twenty-six. The student who got the offer and feels nothing. The creator whose numbers are up and whose life is not. These are not problems that get solved at a mixer with a name badge, because a mixer is a place where you are supposed to be doing well.
A SafeSpace circle is twelve people, matched on where they actually are rather than what they do, meeting every month in the same room. No stage. No pitching. No one taking notes for later.
The point is not who you meet. It's what you can finally say.
No stage. No badges. No one taking notes for later.
Everything starts with the Circle. The rest exists because twelve people who trust each other eventually want to do something together besides talk.

A fresh mix of members over dinner. For when you want the room to be a little less familiar than your own circle.
A chef's tasting menu, a wheel-throwing evening, a comedy room, a listening session. Doing something shoulder to shoulder instead of face to face.
One person who has been somewhere, talking honestly about it for an hour, then answering the questions people are actually afraid to ask.
Two nights away. The format where the most happens, because the third conversation is the one that matters and it never fits in an evening.
The whole city in one room, once a quarter. Loud, useful, and the only format where you can bring someone who isn't a member yet.
Pre-revenue to first ₹1Cr. The stage where everything is your fault and nobody tells you that's normal.

OpenDelhi · Bangalore CIR—HMRunning a household is a general management job that nobody put on a CV. This circle treats it like one.
OpenDelhi NCR CIR—CRThe audience is real, the income is lumpy, and the algorithm doesn't care how you're feeling.
WaitlistMumbai CIR—BJThe hardest circle to walk into and the one people thank us for most. Free to attend, always.
OpenDelhi NCR CIR—PMPeople who make things with their hands and are tired of explaining why that counts as work.
FormingDelhi NCR CIR—INAngels and early-stage funds. Kept deliberately separate from founder circles — see the house rules.
WaitlistDelhi · Mumbai CIR—STFinal year and just after. The stretch where everyone around you sounds certain and nobody is.
FormingDelhi NCRThis really is a sequence — each step depends on the one before it, and the last one is the only part we can't automate.
Five dropdowns. Stage, city, what you do, how often you can actually show up, and what you'd want out of a room like this.
Forced choice, no right answers. They read how you handle a room — how much you say, how fast you open up, and what you do when it gets quiet.
Ninety seconds. What you're drawn to and what you skip past tells us more than what you'd write about yourself.
Someone on our side looks at the match before it's made and can override it. A circle is twelve people's evenings — it doesn't get assigned by a script alone.

SafeSpace events are funded by a small number of partners who want to be genuinely useful to a specific group of people — and who are willing to be told no.
We don't sell reach. We sell composition: exactly who is in the room, what stage they're at, and what they told us they're working on. Partners get the room and the report. What partners never get is the Circle format, a list of names, or anyone's contact details without that person choosing to hand them over.
How partnerships workThe first meeting is polite. The second is a test. Something specific happens at the third, and it is the entire reason we run circles instead of events.
Putting two people in a room because they both work in D2C is a weak reason. Putting them there because they open up at the same speed is a much stronger one.
One person selling in a circle costs eleven people their evening. So we made it the only rule with a strike count attached.
Everyone spends the first meeting deciding whether the room can hold the true version of them. By the third, they've decided. That's the evening we build everything else around.
