Sun 14 Sep · 7:30 PM–11:00 PM · Greater Noida West
Twenty-four people, one long table, seven courses, and no lights. You will not be able to see
who you are talking to, which turns out to be the whole point.
We ran a version of this format for the first time because a member said something that stuck:
that she spends most of a dinner managing her face. So we took the faces out. You arrive, you
are seated by us, and for three hours you have a conversation with someone you cannot read and
cannot look up afterwards until you both decide to.
The menu is built by the chef around one idea per course, announced before it lands. It is
vegetarian by default with a non-vegetarian track on request, and we ask about allergies and
restrictions when you book because a dark room is a bad place to find out.
The shape of the evening
7:30 PMArrival, one drink, lights still on. This is the only part where you see the room.
8:00 PMSeated by us. Not with your circle — deliberately.
8:15 PMLights down. Courses one through seven, with one question read out between each.
10:30 PMLights up. You meet the person you've been talking to for two hours.
11:00 PMClose. No after-party — the evening is designed to end while it's still good.

What we ask of you
01
Nothing leaves the table
Chatham House. You can use what you heard; you cannot say who said it.
02
Nobody pitches
Not the members, not the partner, not us. If you want to work with someone, ask them afterwards.
03
Tell us 48 hours ahead if you can't come
A no-show is an empty seat someone on the waitlist wanted. Two unexplained no-shows and you lose priority booking for a quarter.
